Rules & Policy

1. Applications from all communities and Linguistics are accepted.
2. The management reserves the right to admit or retain a student in the School.
3. The sale of application form is no guarantee that admission will be granted.
4. Primary candidate who joins afresh will have to submit a Municipal Birth Certificate (Original) in support of the date of birth.
5. Students coming from recognized school within Maharashtra must produce the Results Report Card and a Leaving Certificate from the last school attended.
6. Those coming from schools out of the state must produce a Leaving Certificate countersigned by the Education Officer of the State/Dt./Board.

Submission of form at the office : 01-01-2021(between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm)

Admission Process Rules

• Fill up the application form online / offline correctly.
• On completion please check again and verify the entries. After you submit the form, there is no possibility of any correction.
• Get a print-out of the form and collect the brochure from the school office.
• Please submit the form before the duly date along with the required documents.
• Applicant will receive an email/Call informing the date, time and centre for the interaction.
• Alternatively, one could also log on to the school website for details.
• A non-refundable Registration fee of Rs. 350/- will be accepted by Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘BKHMC TRUST HMPS TRANS A/C’ payable at Mumbai. Please mention your online registration number and contact telephone number on the reverse of demand draft.
• The non-refundable Registration fee does not guarantee admission

Requirements at the time of Interaction:

• Two copies of the recent passport size photographs of the student, Mother and Father
• Photocopy of the school leaving Certificate from the previous school.The admission ,if granted, will be confirmed on production of the original school leaving certificate,
• Proof of names of both parents (attach photocopy of : Pan card / Passport / birth certificate / matriculation certificate)
• Medical Certificate
• Photocopy of the last years income tax assessment of the parent/guardian
• Bank A/C of child (jointly with mother)
• Blood Group certificate.
• Aadhar Card (child and parents)
• The selection is based on the interaction, verification conducted by the Principal in the presence of the members of the Managing Committee of the school. We request you not to be disheartened in case your child’s name does not appear in the list of selected candidates.
• The result of the selection process will be intimated to you on ____________2021 through your email address or you may log on to the school website.
• Kindly note that going through the above formalities does not ensure automatic admission.

Admission Form Fee: Rs. 350/- Only By Cash

• Fees will be received in the school office between 10.00 am and 4.30 pm. (Mon to Sat) except 2nd & 4th Saturday.
• Full payment has to be done for new admission.
• Fees may be paid for the whole year or half yearly.
• Failing to provide reliable information of absence of a student for one month his/her name will be struck off from the roll.
• No Leaving Certificate can be issued until all dues to the school have been paid in full.
• Parents must be punctual about the payment of fees. Please do not expect fee payment reminder from the school.
