We at HMPS have been devotedly striving, since its inception in 1939, towards imparting training in leadership with social commitment and environmental sensitivity among the youth, nurturing youthful energies into socially constructive goals upholding national values and our rich culture.

Holistic approach to education has led us to develop the cognitive, psycho motor and the emotional domain of students, training students to adapt and adopt to the challenges posed by real life situations, towards achieving a peaceful and productive society assimilating the empowered youth.

Quality education is a pre requisite for a peaceful and progressive society. 100% results at the Class 10th and Class 12th State Board exams, mentoring students for Scholarship exams, innovative practices in teaching, project based learning, periodic assessments, evaluation and guidance, teaching a foreign language, provision of IT labs, Robotics lab and well equipped Science labs and an efficient team of faculty has been the secret of our success.

Our school ground and sporting facilities of international standards coupled with excellent coaching has seen our young sportsmen win medals at the District Sports, State Games and National competitions organised by the Sports and Games Federation of India.
