Admission

1. Admission and withdrawal:

(a) Admission of pupils from unrecognized schools will not be permitted as per the Ed. Dept. rules.
(b) The pupils who have attended any recognized school, shall be admitted after Leaving Certificate from the school last attended is submitted to ensure that the transfer of students in the Ed.Dept. portal is finalized.
(c) If they come from a school outside the state of Maharashtra, the leaving certificate has to be countersigned by the Education Inspector of the division in which the school is situated.
(d) The names of pupils once admitted cannot be withdrawn without a month’s notice or a month’s fee in lieu of notice. Any withdrawal during the school session / after 15 days of opening of school will entail payment of school fees in full.
(e) A Leaving Certificate will not be issued unless all school dues are paid and all books and articles belonging to the school are returned.
(f) The Principal reserves the right to request withdrawal of any pupil, whose behaviour or progress in his/her opinion is unsatisfactory.

2. Fees:

(a) Fees are to be paid annually in the month of June (twice in the year in the month of June/December).
(b) The fees are to be paid in DD/Cheques or in the online mode.
(c) Admission fees once paid are not refundable.
(d) Other Activity fees are to be paid in the month of June.
(e) Late fees fine will be charged after the due date.
(f) Bouncing of cheque is strictly prohibited as per rule.

3. School Uniforms:

(a) Pupils shall wear the school uniform on school days and at all school functions. Every pupil shall have at least two sets of the uniform. The uniform should be clean and tidy.
Pre-Primary
Girls: Checked Skirt and Red T-Shirt.
Boys : Checked Pant and Red T-Shirt, Blue Belt, Red socks with Blue strips & Black shoes.
Primary & Secondary:
Girls: Red check pinafore with yellow shirt & House colour Tie (Red/Blue/Green/Yellow) on regular days. Boys: Red check shirt & Blue strips & Black shoes.
(b) PT Uniforms : Track pant with T-Shirt (House colour)
(c) Sweater : Blue colour sweater in winter.
(d) Hair Style: Pupil shall have their hair neatly combed and dressed. Girls can use red-colour hairband or ribbons.

3. School Bags:

(a) Parents should ensure that the weight of bag should not be more than 1/10 of the weight of the child. Only light weight bags are allowed.
(b) Parents must ensure that the child carries books according to the time table only. No additional books other than text /note / library book in the timetable shall be brought to the school.
(c) Parents should ensure that the tuition books, guides, unwanted materials etc. are not carried to school.

4. Discipline:

(a) Every pupil must possess a copy of the school calendar and must bring it to the class on all school days.
(b) Pupils are strictly forbidden to leave school premises without permission.
(c) School is under CCTV surveillance. Students are punishable for fraudulent behaviour if found guilty in the images.
(d) Pupils are not allowed to wear any ornaments or bring any valuable articles to school. It is dangerous to do so and the school is not responsible in case of any loss/theft.
(e) Irregular attendance, unjustified or explained absence for more than seven days, habitual disobedience and objectionable influence justify dismissal.
(f) Pupil are responsible to school authorities for their conduct both in and out of school. Hence, misbehaviour on road and in a public conveyance is a just cause for dismissal.
(g) Running, playing and shouting inside the school buildings is not allowed.
(h) Any kind of damage done to the school property will have to be made good/compensated by the pupil concerned.
(i) The pupil who is late for the assembly in the morning will not be admitted to the class without the Principal's permission.
(j) Pupils shall walk in silence, in a single line, keeping to the left while moving along corridors or while changing classes.
(k) Personal hygiene and cleanliness are expected from all.
(l) Each pupil shall endeavour to keep up the high tone of the school.
(m) No collection for purpose whatsoever is to be made and no meeting, demonstration, party or picnic is to be held in the school premises without the prior permission of the Principal.
(n) If a pupil found committing theft/damage of school property, he is liable to be rusticated.
